Bomb: quick graffiti made with fat letters, similar to a tag but larger.
Camouflaging: hiding to blend with the place where the graffiti will be made. Camouflaging to avoid confrontation.
Crews: groups of friends identified by a set of letters. Crew members go out together, paint and share several activities.
Mutant: weird, strange, special.
“Copar”: invading an area with many graffiti.
Checking: analyzing and studying the place where the graffiti will be made to avoid being caught by security staff or police.
Going over: one writer covering another writer’s name with his/her own.
“Mulo”: security ward.
Layup: side tracks where trains are parked overnight and on weekends.
3D: a three-dimensional graffiti without defined lines, perceivable by the play of light.
German: a special tip which is comfortable to place your finger.
New York: a special tip for different types of lines.
Banana: a traditional tip for a sole type of line.
