All countries are, in one way or another, addressing the situation generated by the global crisis. There are many turbulences and conflicts; the magma is still flowing, and the social and economic impacts are beginning to take shape. In this issue of Opinion Sur, two articles analyze the changes taking place, in an attempt to visualize how the post-crisis world might seem to emerge. A third article makes reference to the disagreements that undermine our potentiality and cause us to permanently lag behind: if only we were capable of standing above those disagreements! Our co-editor, Juan Eugenio Corradi, is taking his much-deserved vacations. We are not sure what his present coordinates are because he is sailing the high seas, and has declared no course. This is the reason why his usual column has not appeared in the Geopolitics section.
Until next month. Cordial greetings,
The Editors
